When I shoot a basketball, I bring my hands and rists and over my head. I bring the ball over the front of my head Is that ok, or do I have to change it so that its in front of my head. How far does it have to be from my head.

It doesn't matter as long as your making your shot. The ideal thing is that you want enough arc on your shot and feel the ball to the basket snapping the wrist at the end for a nice roll. I like to watch my hands and the ball coming out of my hands so I can direct the ball to the hoop but everyone is different in their shot. Just practice and if your making them then don't worry about it.
