I have really small eyes that looks like I'm always tired. I'm into make-up now and i want to buy something that will make my eyes bigger and more noticable.

Use a white eyeliner on your lower lids. This makes your eyes look bigger and much more alert. Curl your eyelashes too. This opens your eyes up. Use a nice mascara that isn't too heavy as these make your eyelashes weak. Also plucking your eyebrows can help, but only if they are quite big in the first place. Always pluck from the bottom NEVER from the top - this will have the opposite effect of what you're going for.

Definitely curl your eyelashes, it really opens your eyes up. A good mascara will make your eyes more noticeable too. I would use Dior Show or YSL mascara. If you wear eyeliner don't put too thick of a line on the top, it makes your eyes look smaller, also don't line the bottom of your eyes-that makes them smaller too.
I would also check out those eyeshadow kits by Almay or DuWop for blue eyes, brown eyes etc. They're really great for making eyes pop.

Bottom eyeliner will make your eyes appear bigger. Just don't put it on the inner lid. Make a line where your eyelashes are instead. Sometimes even contact lenses seem to make your eyes bigger, like it magnifies them.

Use a eye lightning cream under the eye and apply a white eye liner to the lower lid to create an illusion of a larger eye.

Use mascara to curl your eyelashes up to reveal more of your eyes. Another way to make your eyes appear bigger is to use eyeliner and sort of extend the ends of your eyes. Use an eyeshadow to match your eye color.

I've heard of "eyelid glue" sold at Asian stores but they look very uncomfortable and too good to be true.

I have small eyes as well. I line my top lid with black eyeliner (thickly) and from the outter corner of my waterline.
False lashes also give the illusion of bigger eyes.

White eyeliner in the openings in the inner corner of eye inside the as if you were to put on black liner but only inthe coner of the opening

u should try black smooky eye makeup on your eyes and they looks bigger. For smaller eyes u can use dark eye shadows and black liner and mascare will helps u for making your own eyes bigger and beautiful. Always apply on your eyes Kajal on the lower portion. it was looks better.

definitely wear mascara and curling your eyelashes will help too. if you do this don't forget your bottom lashes either.
don't go for too darker eyeshadows, this will make your eyes look smaller. also if you look tired don't use purple or grey shadows either, it will make you look even more tired. Best colours are mid-browns, taupes and creams.
white or icy blue eyeliner can help too ( i lnow it sounds odd..but it works) just make sure you experiment at home.
