They have acclaimed websites that say they can do this; however, in ALL cases, the other person would have to have an account on this site as well...otherwise all the can give you is an IP Adress which is of no use. Most of these acclaimed sites are fake and are just for spamming your e-mail and myspace.

You could insert pics from a site where you have access to the server logs. You will then get the IP, frequency of hits, browser agent, where they linked from, their isp's domain and lots of other useful info to help you figure it out.
