does it matter which side of gas charmglow 30,000 btu heater i attach the thermostat control?

in the pictured position the plug cord ends up to far away from outlet.

attach so the power router does not over load the circut. If you have the heaters wattage distrubuted properply I do not think that you have to worry. Just be sure to check to make sure that the gages are set properly and are not misaligned at all.
