Actually both giraffes and rats can go longer without drinking water than a camel. However, giraffes, by far, go the longest out of the two because a giraffe gets most of its moisture from leaves, so they can go months without drinking water.
Koalas basically don't drink, EVER, based on the same principle. They gain all of their moisture from eucalyptus leaves.

Water is essential for life. The water content in animals varies from 96% to 50%. So, water must be present in the body. Animals adapted to live in xeric conditions have adapted themselves to living with less water. They save water and can live for days without water intake, like camel.Desert mouse, Dipodomys, lives without water but it eats lot of nuts, fatty food which when digested produces metabolic water. Hydrogen from fat is removed and is combined with atmospheric oxygen to produce water in the body.
Weevils live on food grains; they do not have access to water.
Frog does not drink water, but it has thin skin through which water enters. There are many animals like kangaroo, cockroaches that do without water but manage to save whatever water is present in the body.
Dogs and tigers etc, lap water. Technically they do not drink the way we do.

There are lots of animals that don't require drinking water. Mice will drink water if it is available, but they can metabolize water from eating starch (carbohydrates) and converting the water out from the "carbo"
Many desert animals don't ever drink by taking advantage of the same metabolic "trick".

Camels are well known for their humps. They do not, however, store water in them as is commonly believed, though they do serve this purpose through roundabout means. Their humps are a reservoir of fatty tissue, while water is stored in their blood. However, when this tissue is metabolised, it is not only a source of energy, but yields through reaction with oxygen from the air 1111 g of water per 1000 g of fat converted. This allows them to survive without water for about two weeks, and without food for up to a month.
