Any of the outer planets are gas giants, thus, some may/do have ice and water content. Also, the Oort cloud is all comets, which are made of ice.

There's no melted water past our planet.

Mars is known t have have water on it. It may be in a frozen form or in Liquid form

Just our planet, but one of Jupiter's moons, Europa might have liquid water deep beneath the ice.
