I lose internet connection when I am plugged in to charge, but not when I am using the battery. If I am plugged in and I lose the connection, I have to unplug and then I'll get the connection back. What is wrong? How can I fix?

Actually the better and safest way is to shutdown and plug the supply...

I think there is a vent at the back or bottom of a laptop that makes it lose all the energy or connection even if it's plugged in. Nothing you can do, just let the laptop rest for a while. My husband has the same problem...went to a repair shop and charged him almost $150.00.
