It is the ATMA.
Atma is like the control room. Once you gain access to the ‘control room’, all your senses and the mind will be under your control. When the main switch of the house is turned on, the bulbs in all the rooms will glow. The Atma is like the main switch and the senses are like the bulbs in different rooms. These rooms are of your own making. Each room is separated from the other by a wall. Once the walls are demolished, only one big hall remains. Body attachment is like the wall that separates one from the other and which comes in the way of realising the Self. Once this wall is broken down, you will realise the infinite and immortal Self. - Teachings of Sai Baba-

Really? Cool. (I thought this question was in the house repairs section . I'll attempt a silly explanation anyway, since I'm enthusiastic about the question).
If they glowed, and the switches were off, then I'd have to say that it was a sudden, but short, influence of induction at 60 hertz (50 in Europe). I'd have to talk to Tesla about that. Or it could be a discharge of high voltage static electricity. Whimshurst would be good on that one.
But since this is a philosophy question, maybe we should just settle for some attractive force that commands someones attention: could be a person, could be an idea, could be a vision.
The key ingredient is enthusiasm. Like high-voltage, high frequency electricity, it too cannot be confined, and it ignores insulators. Enthusiastic teaches transmit enthusiasm to students where hum-drum teachers would not attempt to tread.
Enthusiasm is from the Greek "enthusiasmos", meaning to be "filled with god".

turn one on watch for 5 minutes then turn it off then turn yet another one on pass into the room with the sunshine bulbs and the 1st one you switched on would be warm from heating up then you definately'll discover the only switched on, and the different one may be the only switched off

Some people have a little trouble commicating their ideas. Since your question appears to be more that of a statement rather than a question, I would need a little better clarity as to precisely what you're trying to convey here, before I can offer my opinion as an experienced electrician and writer. A little more details would help here.
