Depending on the size of the breasts it could be as simple as a bra or as complicated as breast reduction surgery. But for now try adding extra padding to your bed and placing a pillow between your legs. That will help releive some of the stress on the back during sleep. Other things you could try is massages...this will allow the muscles in the area of the pain to relax causing the pain to go away for a period of time. Yoga is another way to releive some if not all of the back pain for a time period. Yoga allows for the mucles in the back as well as other places to be stretched causing them to be more relaxed through out the day. The best exercise, in my opinion, in yoga to help this is The Crane. Helps with upper back pain as well as some lower back pain. You could also ask your doctor if there is some sort of medication(s) that could help take care of the pain. Check out webmd.com for more suggestions.

This is just recommendations from a soldier with back problems himself.

your doctor is stupid. if the back pain is so serious that you can't even lift anything. i dont think you should blame the bra for that reason then letter on if you have pain on the leg-he would say that you should change underwear.

Just try one thing, You gotta go to specialliest, after listening your point they will notice rightway that what problem you are suffering from and accordingly they will recomend you the medicine.

You cannot just ask for the medicine name online from us that apply this or that and you will be fine.

If you are really serious than you would have not believed that doctor. Just see how someone making sense to you and act accordingly. Take care

well i had back pain from a serious injury last year. What I did was I got a little back brace kinda like the ones that ppl wear when lifting things, and you fit it to your self and wear that around for a litle while, also apply Mineral Ice or icy hot as neccessary, I recommend Mineral Ice over anything..its not gunky..so ya thats my answer I hope everything works out for ya.

Sports Bras are great comfort and have great support if you get the right one. Get measured at a store like Nordstoms/The Bay (canada) and then get them to give you ideas. If you're in Canada, catrina lemay donne has a great brand out (she's a speedskater)

Put a pillow or cushion on your back...maybe apply some topical outments that you get OTC-over the counter meds. Ask a Pharmacist near by. Call a Doctor and avoid Chiropractors.

No, not disgusting, not disobedience of God. If you think so, then any man that works in an cool air conditioned office is disobedience of God because is not sweating like Adam had to do when cultivating the land.

what helps me is a firmer mattress. you also can help yourself by bettering your posture- when sitting, walking. i've also been told that sitting cross legged can add to back pain.
