Molds are multi-cellular and use spores to reproduce asexually instead of bacteria which are single celled and merely divide.

Starting with the basics, bacteria and molds (fungi) belong to separate kingdoms. They are completely different types of organisms. Also take in consideration that bacteria are mostly unicellular while molds are composed of more cells.
