Pregnant women usually start showing a bit of a belly by the 5 month of the pregnancy. Depending on the location of the baby in the uterus, the patients weight some women (especially if they are rather large) may never show a pregnant belly or even realize they are pregnant. She may have to wait a bit longer and she if she starts to show the pregnancy or not.

she doesn't have to worry. the fetus at 4 months of pregnancy is usually still very small. if she's eating correctly she'll be alright. the belly will begin swelling soon. did she already have an US check? a problem could raise if the pregnancy is outside the uterus.

You need to repost your info and use the spell check offered as I can't make out what you were trying to post.
