what if that date was related to the end of the greek and mayan calendar which is june 6, 2012. what should it signify to the person dreaming it, good or bad?

Well, the Mayan calendar ends on December 21, 2012, not June 6, however, there's also an asteroid or comet that will be a NEO (Near Earth Object) that might hit in 2012. (Maybe you've been given a vision?)
It could be a subconscious signal to yourself that something very dear to you (job, love relationship, friendship, etc.) is about to end. You may be in denial or consciously don't see the clues but your subconscious does.
On the other hand, you could be under a lot of stress and this is a warning for you to take a break or perhaps get your "things in order."
Without knowing more about you and your dream, it will be difficult to say.

June 6 2012 has no relevance in the Mayan calendar. The date everyone's talking about, the start of the 13th Baktun, is December 21, 2012. So if you are dreaming of 06-06-2012, you're off by six and a half months.
