It seems as if it's about either a man's sexual desires about a woman, or his id instincts to be aggressive, sexually or physically I don;t know, ultimately leading the the woman's abuse in some sort of way. There are references to a fire inside, which could mean a desire to do something bad (also indicated by fire). Also, there is the line about him being a liar when he says that she is his only desire. Perhaps it's eluding to the fact that he couldn;t possibly desire her if he does that to her.
Just my opinion.

It's kind of a "women - can't live with them, can't live without them" song but grittier.
