You're in a good position. You've had experience as a teller and you have worked in a bank. This will get you some attention in many fields--even retail if you have to make ends meet.

First thing: Get that GED and sign up for community college classes. GED classes are often held during the evenings, so if you can secure a sitter-relative, husband, friend you trust, etc, then you're good to go! Then as a mom with two kids-most community colleges do have daycare for mothers, and if not, they do have resources to help you raise your family and to pursue your passion part time. Don't give up too much time--if you have to..get the GED and take part time associate degree classes. You're kids are young and one day they'll look up to you and say (when they have kids of their own--"wow, how did MOM do that?!").

I would just take the GED test and SAY you graduated, nobody really checks that on anyone.

There are a lot of online accredited courses you could also take. You don't need to graduate but to at least be able to say "I took some college Biz administration courses" would sure help.

Good luck :)

Can you get back into banking? The pay's not great but the benefits are the best I've seen, with the possible exception of the military.

Build on the experience you have and move up. It will take some time, but most things do. Work hard and hopefully you'll have a boss who will reward you for that.
