Asume that you are boss and you have two marketing represantatives in your company One is stronger in marketing and the other is week but learning. To develop sales you have to help them. So whome you willbe helping out of the two the stronger or the weeker.
explain why strong or the week

The weak so that the two work as a team and the overall sales go up and that too for good

Simple.

Set the objectives (that's your job), and ensure they work as a team. The stronger will mentor the weaker, the weaker will learn and give a feeling of importance and purpose to the stronger, and you will establish two marketing people who are psychologically mutually dependent upon each other to meet the goals.

If you really need to help either of them too much, then you shouldn't have hired them, but done all the marketing on your own. But you delegated the marketing to them, so let them work together as a team. They should not compete against each other to get better; your job is to set goals that enable them to compete effectively with your competition's marketing team.

Sometimes the best way to help your employees is to provide a good environment in which they can do what they are paid to do.


And, don't forget, the competition's marketing team's job is to make you and your marketing team UNEMPLOYED.

Because as he learns he can become an asset to the stronger one, and to your organization. the stronger one already has the foundation with which to do his job successfully, but can improve with the addition of another persons imput.

If I am the boss then I really help the poor one becoz he is week. So as a boss I must check my company's repo if there is any chance to hit my repo for the sake of poor one then I try my best to give good guide lines to him which r help him in his work. becoz if he is higher by me then it is my responsibility to chase him & gave right instruction to motive him, & give guide lines by them he try to settle down according to his job. Becoz Human being is a social animal& he always learn from his society till end of his life. And no body is perfect in his life. So dear it is my desire that my all worker co-ordinate with each other, help each other. And as a boss i never wants that my any worker be week in this competitive market. Ok dear.

The stronger because he is already got a knack,where the other person is Weaker to begin with.That does not mean the weaker will not get better in time...but the other person is showing more ability and potential from the start.

Fourth, this is not a question that measures intelligence. Either way can be good for business, it depends very much on the HUMAN factor, that u seem to have forgotten. What other qualities do they have....? U're not giving enough details....

that depends whether my businesss promoted free thinking and new ideas, or a strong grasp of how We handle it at the busines. if the former I'd let the weaker one learn on his own, no help. if the latter, i would take him under my wing and show him exactly how to do the job according to the specifications of the company i was running.
