when I was in japan most of my friends have the big brightly eyes, even the people that i knew have the big eyes. HOw come American ASian's eyes are so small?????

You're not even being specific as to what nationality the people are. "American Asian" does not equal Japanese. You can't compare something like this. Asian American can be anyone originally from an Asian country, not just Japan. And you haven't seen all Asian Americans. And all Asian people do not look the same way. And all people of one Asian nationality do not look the same way.
You're generalizing way too much.

More diversity of facial appearances; due largely in part to the increase of the “Asian” population. Also Japan like all other Asian countries would have slight physical diversities with surrounding countries. This is because of family migration, tribal migration, and conquering of lands.

it would be stereotypical to declare that "All asians" have small eyes, reason that's no longer genuine. i've got seen loads of photos of asian human beings and there are lots of categories. I used to grasp out with some human beings, i believe they're referred to as "HMONG". No 2 human beings have been the comparable.

Not all asians have small eyes. I'm Asian from the Philippines and I have round eyes.

Because in Japan, there are more Asians and thus you notice more diversity. Whereas here in America, you don't see as many so people make stupid generalizations like what you're doing right now.

That's not fully true, it all depends on your genes. I have seen every type of asians (korean, japanese, chinese, etc) and in every one i have seen both big eyes and small...I am chinese american and I was born with big eyes and double lids...also there is eyelid surgery done in asia (and america, too) where girls can make their eyes bigger, I heard this was popular in asia....

Maybe where they came from, like me im from the philippines, the sun is too bright so they have evolved to squint. lol just kidding i dont know this but everyone thinks that im chinese just because of my eyes.

That's definitely a generalization.
I have 2 friends that are vietnamese and filipino and they don't have small eyes.
