Why would you tell him this? Definitely I would NOT commit insurance fraud now. You will never know if he reported you until after you commit the crime; he's not going to tell you if he does report you. PLus, you will always worry about getting in trouble and ins fraud is a felony....serious prison time. It is't worth it.

Even if he does report you- there really is nothing the ins. co can do unless you actually commit fraud. You can't be arrested because you "thought about" commiting fraud.

First of all you cannot get in trouble for thinking about committing a crime. Secondly, lawyer / client confidentiality would keep the lawyer for reporting you if you had hired him as your lawyer. However, if you told him before you hired him then he does not have a duty of confidentiality to you. But, if you only thought about it you should not be in any trouble. By the way, don't think about it any more because insurance fraud is a felony that can potentially bring jail time and large fines, trust me its not worth whatever amount of money you thought you could get.

How ought to you comprehend that she commited marriage fraoud. what the heck is marriage fraud besides? you possibly advise visa fraud. you've been married for no less than 3 years, there's no way you could tutor or evern declare visa fruad. i imagine you could properly be more advantageous in contact that you're commited to fullfilling the words of the affidavit of help. She doesn't favor you to for the AOS or for citizenship. If she claims spousal abuse ,in any style, she will sefl petition herself. in case you had married a citizen, ought to you be claiming marriage fraud only because the marriage did not workout consultation?

Yes, he can. Anyone who knows about it and the name of your insurance company can do that. A lawyer would have better success. If you DO NOT commit insurance fraud, you should be OK.

It's only after you pay him that he officially becomes your lawyer and is held to the client attorney privilege until such a time he is not legally your lawyer so he can blab.

Remember always pony up the cash.

Any lawyer could lose his license to practice for knowingly participating in a crime like insurance fraud. They are also obligated to report the matter. That's why most criminal defense attornies tell their clients I don't want to know if you did it.

Hmm, I doubt the lawyer will report you to the insurance company. If he does then you can sue him for breaching the rule of professional responsibility. I.e confidentiality.

How would he know who you are if you gave no traceable information. If you do the fraud then you are stealing and if he knows about it or can identify you then he is ethically bound to report you. If you do this then I hope you are caught and prosecuted.
