AFTER SUFFERING FOR YEARS WITH FIBROMYALGIA, AND ARTHRITIS, TRYING EVERYTHING INCLUDING SHOTS WHICH COSTED $1200 A MONTH, EVEN NONI JUICE, THE PAIN STILL KEPT UP. THIS LAST MAY, MY COUSIN TOLD ME ABOUT A NATURAL REMEDY THAT HAD SAVED HIS LIFE FROM TERMINAL CANCER. SINCE THE DOCS COULDN'T DO CHEMOTHERAPY SINCE HIS IMMUNE SYSTEM WENT DOWN HILL. HE IS NOW FEELING BETTER AND BACK TO WORK.
I FOUND THIS REMEDY ALSO WITHIN A FEW WEEKS COMPLETELY HELPED ME FROM MY PAIN AFTER YEARS OF SUFFERING THIS GOD AWWWWFUL AILMENT. I TELL YOU THIS ONLY BECAUSE GOD HAS BLESSED ME AND MY COUSIN, AND I FEEL HE HAS LAID IT UPON MY HEART TO SHARE THIS WITH OTHER PEOPLE. IT HURTS WHEN I SEE OTHER PEOPLE SUFFERING WHAT I DID SINCE I WAS A CHILD AND I FEEL PEOPLE DESERVE TO KNOW WHAT THE DRUG COMPANIES (ALONG WITH NUMEROUS SIDE EFFECTS.... LOOK AT VIOXX, JUST TO NAME ONE) ARE TRYING TO HIDE FROM YOU.
DID YOU ALSO KNOW THAT PFIZER JUST HIRED ONE OF THE MAIN RESEARCHERS OF THIS BOTANICAL TO COME AND WORK FOR PFIZER.
DISCOVER THE TRUTH THE WORLD NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT. GOD BLESS AND GOOD LUCK

I do have rheumatoid arthritis and anti inflammatory are a daily must. Fish such as Salmon has anti inflammatory in it. Any kind of fish that is oily, I personally choose Salmon.
Migraines and other forms of headaches I have as well. Try some Vic's rub on your chest. This may open your sinuses and let you breath easier. This might help those, caffeine also helps headaches. Migraines are a whole other matter....
Good luck and I hope you are not sick to much longer :0(

Take vitamin C 1000 mg 4-5x daily. Cut back if diarrhea occurs. Elderberry is a good anti-flu herb. Sambucol is the best elderberry product. MSM is a natural anti-inflammatory: take 500 mg daily to start and increase the dose 500 mg each day up to 8 grams daily. Curcumin and Bromelain are a good anti-inflammatory combo. Wobenzym is widely touted for its ability to treat inflammatory condtions.

White willow bark.. White willow is indeed "herbal aspirin". It contains more salicylates than meadowsweet, making it a more potent natural healer.Try white willow any time you have pain, fever, or inflammation.
Preparations and Dosages:
Bark is collected in the springtime.
Decoction: Soak 1 to 3 teaspoons bark in 1 cup cold water for 2 to 5 hours, then bring to a boil. Take 1 cup a day.
Infusion: Soak 1 teaspoon of powdered bark per cup of cold water for 8 hours. Strain. Drink up to 3 cups a day. White willow tastes bitter and astringent. Add honey and lemon, or mix it with an herbal beverage tea.
Please note: I am not a doctor. You should always check with your physician before using any herbal remedies.

Cold reduces inflammation. You can try ice pax, or wet a towel or wash cloth & wring it out well; place in fridge for 20 minutes to chill, & wrap yourself in it.
Or, take a cool bath.
