God created all things. He created all things for the use and pleasure of man to be used wisely and sparingly. I believe Man by their own actions cause their own punishment.
He has given us every thing to heal ourselves. If we didn't know sickness, we wouldn't know health. If we didn't know pain,
we couldn't know joy. I don't know if punish is the right word. We do have to suffer the consequences of our actions which ever they may be.

No, God doesn't. We brought disease upon ourselves whenever Adam and Eve ate from the Tree of Knowledge.

Absolutely not. If God does punish, he does it at Judgement when eternal fates are decided.
Granted, I believe in reincarnation and pre-planning of life...
