my guy friend tell me that i really need to grow up!
i fail to understand what does he mean? plz advise!

The older you get, and the more experiences you have, the wiser your decisions become, the more mature you are, and therefore you're more "grown up." I can't take any specifics, but it may be that things are said at the wrong time, or inappropriate comments are made. You can't exactly grow up over night, but the best advice I can give to you is to think about what you say and do before they do them... that might help a little...

The expression, "You need to grow up" or something similar basically has the same meaning as "Stop acting so immature".

Well, I'm not sure, but I think what he's trying to say is "Grow Up". But it's hard to tell.
