I don't think it's safe for everyone. There are lots of inappropriate content in it that can be harmful to some of people.

Depends what you do
If you have a myspace and show where you live, your address, your phone number, and your pictures. Then no it is not safe. But if you just have it set on privete its safe. Pretty much everything on the internet is a skam. So never say any personal things that can be dangerous!!

SURE just post everything intimately private about yourself and remove all spyware and virus programs, and firewalls.

NO some people do not even need internet, there is a reason for spyware and firewalls! Ask yourself what that reason is!

NO WAY! There are a lot of sick people online. Like one sick dude gave me a very offensive answer to a question i asked. It wasn't that offensive... But i took it very offensive. And with sick perverts going around looking for small children to meet... Your goning to need to some expensive software keeping it from happening.
