Whats up with us letting child molesters free?

isn't molesting children just so wrong in your mind. Even if you get rehabilitated shouldn't you still be in jail? Thats one sick mind.

Everyone is entitled to a fair and speedy trial to be found guilty or aquitted of a crime. If this person has not been through trial the system cannot just assume they are guilty and punish them accordingly.

If this person has served time in the system and gets out, his/her life will never be the same. I believe all states but at least most require that a sex offender let resident in the area they are living know they are a convicted sex felon, and this goes on for the remainder of their lives. I do not agree with the law, but murderers, theives, rapists, etc get out of jail all the time and never notify the people around them.

There are sick individuals that commit crimes like this daily and yes I do believe it is wrong and takes someone very mentally ill to think it is okay. If the person is rehabilitated, well I am not sure if I believe you can actually rehabilitate your sexual preferences, I rather think that the person learns how to subdue the urges. Like anyone else they may fall of the wagon so to speak. But in saying that I believe murderers can kill again once back in society but they let them out too.

First off---when have you ever heard of an individual with this going on---being rehabilitated ?? The statistics that I have seen does not suggest in the least that this is ever the case !! The likelihood that someone with this leaning will offend again is among some of the highest risk numbers that exists !! And, the toleration of this behavior through what is in fact the actual defacto behavior of the court system of late is in itself intolerable !! The very FACT that most communities now actually have lists of people (that are a part of public record) with these offenses (some of which are multiple offenders) who are living among us----is proof enough that there is a definate THING going on here and it is not localized NOR is it a small matter any more !!!

Great Question---sorry I couldn't answer it--- don't know that any one can-------all I can do here is agree and make my comments on it--- have got some definate opinions on how to stop it all---but that's not the question at hand now ---- is it ???

in the journey that they are certainly to blame with little question then we ought to continuously kick the molesters @ss not the decide. If that is a jury trial then the decide doesn't have a lot say. the position I have the issue is even as the convicted ones are given community service ( on properly of their penal complicated time period) and informed that it must be with toddlers like being a boy scout chief. Am I incorrect in affirming that that decide desires a boot to the properly.

Thats not the way or system works. Once you've done your time your done. If you do it again you go back. You can't imprison someone for a crime they haven't done yet. You have a sick mind.
