Set up a award system for example if they make procuction for the day or week dont know hoew youre system is set up maybe they could get to take off a hour early on Friday, or you could give them a party such as cake, ice cream. Here is another thought you set the example for them to follow.

Treat them like humans, give them a two hour paid early leave on Friday if they make production goals for the week. If they always meet or exceed production goals give them a raise, after all that is what makes our world go around. Good Luck

Some type of program that will give them money, not praise. Praise helps short term but in the long run you can't spend praise. Maybe profit sharing incentives or other incentives that put money in their pockets when they produce. Hope this helps.
