Well, the economy is really bad, with many poor folks to boot. When you have a bad economic circumstance toppled with no opportunity for people to earn a living, it is inevitable people will do what they need to survive. And for those who lack morality and are desperate, this means robbing, stealing, mugging, and homicide. Which all stems from hopelessness and despair.

You cant, only our government can. Call or email and bug the crap out of every government official you can and get everyone you can to do the same. Put together a phone list and email list to give to everyone you can. If enough contacts are made then maybe they will do something or maybe not, but don't just sit there get involved if you believe in the cause. GO GO GO...
