YESSS! and its extremly sad and in my opinion selfish...you should not have kids as a source of entertainment because nothing else is going on in your life..you should have kids because you want them and you are prepared to support for them and love them....It is not about you, it is about the child some people just don't understand that..they think having a kid is going to fix all their problems or make their bf stay with them when really none of that is going to happen and now the child is going to suffer...urrgg it makes me sick!

The Bible says children are a blessing, it doesn't qualify it as to how or why they came into being on the Earth. If that person you are speaking of sees their children as a blessing, they will be a blessing in their life and the lives of others. Who knows what was really going on in their mind when they decided to have a child--you can't read their mind. Even if it was out of boredom, they won't be bored long! The act of raising a child often has the effect of making the parent grow up--in this case, that may be a good thing...
