'Experience' can be countable, or uncountable.
If the sentence is referring to something like work experience, it is uncountable. eg He has much experience in this field. (although we would more commonly say, ... a lot of experience...) 'much' and ' a lot' are expressions which can be used with uncountable nouns.
If the sentence is referring to events, or instances of an experience, it is countable and 'many' or any other numeric expression can be used. eg We had many interesting experiences on holiday this year.

i think it's much experience, since "experience" is uncountable. u can only say many experience(s) as slang language, not in written stuff.
