Obviously the answer is yes...we just saw it.
Its blokes like him that tarnish other peoples views on the muslim faith and culture.
Do we ever hear of the women gettin their own back on the blokes for not havin a shave or for walkin round in skirts....
Guess unless your actually a muslim or whatever you cant cast an opinion on why the woman should remain covered....i honestly dont know why...but surely not all blokes would stand there and watch a woman gettin beaten with a stick would they? Politics and religion my ****....its just an excuse for violent behaviour...anyway, why was he lurkin round a bunch of women? doesnt he have any friends? Get the stick out again guys....

the women as a group should have rebelled when the burka was first introduced...it's strange that when here in florida--would be arab terrorist hung out at bars where naked women danced for them...they spent loads of money gratifying themselves....it makes you wonder if the burka could help cause this...there is such a thing as modisty of dress...go too much either way and you open up possible choas....

I am left questioning where it shows the woman was trying to take off her burka? This is after all your original premise.

Taliban Religious Police out to do their work of "Promotion of virtue, and Prevention of vice."I guess they think beating a woman in public is virtuous. And that same beating is is not a vice. Women need 4 male eye witnesses to a rape And this comes from their RELIGION . And Religion is a STATE religion. Sanctioned by the government. Which is probably the biggest reason that area does not want Democracy. So to answer your question, yes, I guess it is.

Americans see violence in the cinema everyday and have the most guns, but get all upset at Janet Jackson showing a nipple. They also don't mind showing a woman having sex with 250 guys for a 'world record'. So what's your point?

At least he was aiming for her fattish behind and not following through with force in that hitting stick.
Still it is sick, and just another case of male dominance in relgion and keeping women subjugated.
Sicker still is when they used to hang men for not wearing the beard or wearing football shorts exposing their legs.

I have noticed that here in the states at least in the horror films if the girl takes off her shirt while alone with her boyfriend both will be dead quickly afterwards. so its kind of like the same thing but diferent.
