i think im in love with my best friend whos a girl..how do i know if im really in love with her?

and me and her have made out.....well kinda...small tongue action but thats it.

It is a difficult thing to know for sure, but eventually you will figure it out... :)
How do you feel about this girl, versus how you feel about some guy?
I mean that was the telling factor for me... the fact that when I was around girls I liked I felt TOTALLY different than I EVER felt with a guy... I still remember my first crush, I even get a little weak in the knees STILL, after all these years (many years later). Even though when I was younger I had NO idea it meant I was gay... I never even kissed a girl till I was 18... but man that was something else, when it did happen.
There is no reason why you need to WORRY about whether you are gay or not. There is nothing to DECIDE, it is not really a choice, just live your life and pay attention to how YOU feel and whatever you are, whether you are gay, straight, or somewhere in between, it will become more clear to you as you get older. Contrary to popular belief not everyone just 'knows' although many of us had some idea that we were DIFFERENT somehow. Sexuality is more of a fluid thing than an either or thing that is a simple yes or no answer...
As far as your friend goes... I hate to say this but it may end up being painful for you, (I have a couple of those stories myself, they ended badly...) Just remember that either way you should always be true to YOURSELF and you can't go wrong!

Only you can answer that-Gay means that you are Sexually attracted to the Same Sex; female to female and male to male.If attracted to BOTH then Bi-sexual. Love maeans that that person is the MOST Important Person in your Life and usually you are physically attracted to them. Love also means that you want to be with them, are fascinated by them. i was the same way...well when i was about 15 i started to feel very attracted towards girls. but i would still date guys, i was only lie'n to myself dating guys so i wouldnt give away my sexuality. when i met my best friend i was sooo attracted to her. like crazy, we did everything together we were always together. and we also had our drunk moments were we touched each other and made out, but i did that when i was drunk and i wanted to make sure i felt the same sober. so one day i told her how i felt and she was totally cool with it, she didnt care, she said if anything happens between sexually then just let it happen, she also told me she was bi after i told her i was lez lol crazy huh

if you were gay you would know it for sure. most teens go through a period of questioning everything, including themselves... its just being curious. you probably think you are in love with your friend because you love her and you're just not sure on how to categorize love with a best friend or with a boyfriend.., but like i said, if you were gay you would know it positively.

Love and sexual desire are two different things...you can love your pet, but do you want to have sexual relations with it. You see the difference now. If your love leads to sexual desires for your friend who is the same sex than YES you are gay.

it depends on how old u are. if ur around ur adolescent phase
this is normal.you will go on with ur life tho.if this goes on even after puberty then u r probably gay. i suggest talking to a counselor.
