Republic Act 7877 made sexual harasssment as a crime punishable under the following situations:
1. When a superior asked for sexual favors on his subordinates in exchange for promotion, increase in pay and other consideration; and
2. When a teacher asked sex from his students in exchange for passing grades and academic awards.
3. When the employer demands sex in exchange for the hiring, acceptance and training purposes.
4. Other analogous situations.
