I tend to stick with... American, Cheddar, Cream cheese,
Provolone... and Yes the Dreaded Cheez Whiz on cheese steaks.. thats about it... what do or Don't you like...

Hi Petunia!
Well my absolute favorite is Cheddar. But I also enjoy blue cheese (when it's crumbled in a salad), cream cheese (especially on bagels), Brie, especially a nice baked Brie, and also Danish Havarti. I was spoiled when I worked at this one company as one of the VP's was from Denmark so whenever his wife made a cheese order she would always call to see if I wanted Havarti straight from Denmark! In the words of Rachael Ray.......Yum-O!
I also like other cheeses but the above are my favorite! I have to say I've never head of putting Cheez Whiz on cheese steaks. That's a new one to me. I'll have to try it sometime! :o)

Monterey Jack, brie (with & without mushrooms), cheshire, havarti, plain cream cheese, Kraft in a can with bacon flavoring, american,
oh, yum, indeed!

my favorites goulda...lol its just a quote from a movie. anyways i love colby jack,pepper jack and cheddar.and cream cheese...specially with bagels or served with pepper salami... mmm good stuff.
