You can't clone Pokemon in "Pokemon Ruby" but unlike the first answer you can in "Pokemon Emerald"

U can't i wish u could clone on pokemon Ruby,Saphire,emerald,Fire red and leaf green.

the data gets corrupt and it will send u 2 the last save u did.
