I guess the best thing you can do is go the the taco bell location in which you bought the food from and explain the situation to a manger. Or you could call that location and explain. But I wouldn't be keeping the bag that has leftovers and vomit in it.

Truthfully your biggest mistake was vomitting on the recipt because now you have no evidence may be you should hire a lawyer and sue the taco bell.Maybe if some of your friends have gotten sick from taco bell then you can tell them to help you out and you can use them as witnesses .You can alos go to taco bel and eat everything that you ate exactly the same and see if you get sick again and if you dont maybe just maybe it was the worng timing to eat taco bell.Sometimes the flu is just in the air and you were just at the wrong place and the right time. oh and also
NEW YORK (CNN) -- More than 120 people in six states may be infected with the strain of E. coli bacteria involved in an outbreak that may be linked to Taco Bell restaurants, officials said Friday.

I work as a manager in a fast food restaurant (not Taco Bell) and I'm going to warn you before you try raising hell, it's going to be VERY hard to prove you got sick because of what you ate there. If it was food poisoning it takes almost 24 hours for it to take effect and even if it was food poisoning you'll be hard up to find a hospital that will sign off on it being one particular restaurant that caused it, if you even went to the hospital while you were sick.
The only thing you can do is call and complain or go in, they will turn it over to their insurance company. There's no use screaming at the manager, it's out of their hands. The insurance company is going to ask for proof that Taco Bell is what caused your illness, and like I said, you probably won't find a hospital that will point a finger.
I'm not tryin to be defensive, I'm just trying to save you time. It's happened more that a few times in the past 6 years I've worked with this restaurant and no one EVER has been able to give evidence that it was us that caused it. Because 10 times out of 10 it isn't what you think it is that made you sick in the first place.

You obviously got poisoned by the Staphylococcus aureus bacteria.S. aureus are halophiles which means they thrive in a salty environment. Was your Taco Bell order salty? While Taco Bell might be the source of your food poisoning, there's also a possibility of getting the bacteria as a result of eating your Taco order with unwashed hands. Yes , the bacteria thrive on our salty sweaty skin. I know you're concerned about getting taco to pay your medical bills, but I'm afraid if there were no other cases (complaints from other people who ate the Taco Bell food), you really don't have a case. You should ask your lawyer about what to do.

I would buy another taco bell burrito and sprinkle some ecoli berries on it. Then i would take that reciept and half eaten burrito to an attorney and have him take a bite. This way he would really be invested in the case. Once the two of you recover, sue like you have never sued before. GO LAWYERS!

SUE! SUE! SUE!
nothing like suing to solve your problems
especially like a billion dollar fast food chain
a women got millions because she got a burn from Mc. D coffee
if that women can make millions on such nonsence
than you could on such an important issue
just take that taco bell bag to the local health inspector office
or to a lab where they could detect e. coli
try yellow pages to find the place
dont forget a good lawyer
a lawyer thats familiar in dealing with such companies
also judge the lawyer by his car
infiniti:satisfactory
benz:good
bentley:awsome
lambo:great chane on getting millions
when you get millions, give 10% to me (kidding)

Where, in fact, did you eat at Taco Bell? What did you eat? Which one? What street was it on? What time did you eat? Did you go in or did you go thru drive thru? Do you live near the place where you ate? Was it in close distance to your house? And, last, but not least, how much did you have to drink? And, by the way, "the proof is in the pudding" ----- Good Luck.
