When the minimum wage goes up, so do common goods and services (in order for small/large business owners to retain/keep their profit margins)...In the end it hurts low-skilled workers.

Go to school...don't look for free hand outs...

Because of the huge socio-economic ramifications. Because minimum wage work will all of a sudden cost more to employers, they will have a larger outflow of money with the same inflow. Business owners obviously don't like that woo much.

I, however, am for raising the minimum wage a bit, though not as crazy as recently proposed. Currently in America, the difference in wealth amongst classes is increasing. It will be intersting to see how it all ends up in 20 years.

When you raise minimum wage, prices go up becaus the people you work for make a lesser amount of profit.

The republicans were in control of Congress so they wouldn't do it. They are planning on doing it next year.

if they do that , everything is going to be more expensiveis going to be the samething as now and we never going to live good. don't you think? a story that never ends.
