Go to your county court for marriage and records and search the court file. If there is one then you can expect to be served within a few days. Ask the clerk for help in finding any documents. Also Marriage and divorce records are public. The only way that it is not accessible is if it is a concealed/private document.

u can only get to know is the person being married before. even if this person divorce before it will not show in the file, the only way to get to know is by asking the person or check with the ROM and i think u have to pay a sum of $$$$$$
