It's not a question if we are ready for them. The question should be are they the best people for the job and the answer is no.

America is ready for a president that can handle the job, regardless to sex & race. I'll vote for Barack before I vote for McCain, Powel, or Rice. The last thing America needs is a president with an agressive, primitive, military mindset. After the past 5 years, I don't think that Americans are supportive of the hardheaded attitude that some Republicans are using to try to get votes.

America should pray for Hillary because it deserves a good be-atch slappin' that only a 'yummy mummy' like HRC could deliver.
She is certainly no less intelligent than any other male Representative in either House on the Hill.
I am the the Fringe and this would truly be like offering (and I do mean offering 'only') domestic, international, global and iintergalactic peace.
But beware the you know what!

I would yes...Americans are ready for a Black Male President. Even the conservatives would vote for Thomas Sowell for the White House.

no we aren't "more ready"
we aren't about the color...how good are they for the country?
think about this statement from Obama..."I think the American people at their core are a decent people," the Senate's lone African-American member told CNN's Don Lemon. "I think we still have prejudice in our midst, but I think the vast majority of Americans are willing to judge people on the basis of, you know, their ideas and their character."
really think about that...only at our core? but otherwise?
prejudice in our midst? whose midst? vast majority who is the vast majority? think about the statement interrupter "you know"?
as for Hillary...she has been president before..the wife is always behind the man (like when the lamp fell ) ...I have heard it said that they were the first black presidental family
Barak....
my answer is still no ....

We're ready for someone who can handle the job. Can they? I don't think so. Barack (who's middle name is Hussein, no kidding, look it up) Obama is super-inexperienced. He's just well-spoken.
Hillary is far too cold and not a people person at all.
I'd vote for Condi. I'd also vote for Powell if he was better than the alternative, though I'm not his biggest fan.
Then again I'd also vote for Aunt Jemima if she ever decided to run.

I would vote for Colin Powell, but I would vote for him with as much trepidation as I would anyone else I could glean from the pack of jackals foisted on us.
Billory? May God strike me dead.
