The republicans were pissed off that he won the election from the very beginning. Remember Bob Dole's little speech to congress the days after the 1992 election? Pure hatred. The republicans had the white house for 12 years and they were very angry that Bush SR. lost the election to Clinton. That's why they had the Starr witch hunt that started out with whitewater. When they couldn't find anything wrong to stick Clinton with, Starr went personal and dug up Clinton's bad mistake with Monica Lewinsky. Whatever that had to do with the whitewater probe, I'm still trying to understand. Also the fact that the Clinton administration was a success, pissed them off even more.

Mark my words, it will happen again if any of the democrats gets elected in '08.

You will never get a good answer from the so called conservatives on this. There is none. Most of them hate Bill Clinton because of Rush Limbaugh. Period. They hate Hillary because she is a Clinton. Pretty sad one one big mouth with a radio show can do that much damage to America.

I`m wondering what specific things Bubba did right while in office. Biggest tax hike in US hystory, did nothing whatever about terrorism. Refused to take Osama when he was offered to him
by the Sudanese, we were not at war because he did not have the balls to fight back against the terrorists. Spent far too much time amusing himself with various bimbos instead of taking care of business and so on............!

Well here is a starting point.

After the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, which killed six and injured 1,000; President Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.
After the 1995 bombing in Saudi Arabia, which killed five U.S. military personnel; Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

After the 1996 Khobar Towers bombing in Saudi Arabia, which killed 19 and injured 200 U.S. military personnel; Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

After the 1998 bombing of U.S. embassies in Africa, which killed 224 and injured 5,000; Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

After the 2000 bombing of the USS Cole, which killed 17 and injured 39 U.S. sailors; Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

Maybe if Clinton had kept his promise, accepting Bin Laden when offered by the Sudan in 1996 for example, an estimated 6,000 people in New York and Washington, D.C. that are now injured or dead would be alive today.
