Cyclessa has helped me to lose weight. I was stuck at 195 for a REALLY long time. I was eating healthfully, but nothing was happening. Then, I went on Cyclessa and now, 4 months later, I am at 175 and still losing!

Granted, I had been dieting since before I went on the pill. Also, I have been eating very healthfully and exercising since then.

Also, my gynecologist said that no pill guarantees weight loss or gain. It has to do with the body chemistry of the individual person.
