i've stopped eating at McDonalds , but i still eat fast food, just not from McDonald's.
I'm very glad that i saw that movie because i actually got to see WHAT the food is really made out of.
I wish that ALL fast food places could make a movie about the food that they serve, such as the Super Size me movie.
i think that if ALL fast food places did this, then maybe people wouldn't be so obese.
but then again, these fast food places would lose business.

I've seen it, and it only reinforced my opinion of the entire fast food industry. Don't misunderstand me. I used to love to eat at McDonald's, and every other fast food joint, until the food began to make me physically ill. That's why I stopped all fast food places. After I saw this flick, I understood why I felt that way. By the way, I am now a petite person who eats healthy foods, and exercises now, in large part due to this film. Good question!

Well, I haven't totally stopped, but I surely eat much less than before. And just be eating less fast food (once a month or less, usually) I have more energy and have kept more in shape.
Yes, it has changed my perspectives on fast food. Who knew just looking at all the fat one can gain within a month just by eating at McDonalds could change another's life about fast food.

i'm narrow and narrow, and intensely energetic. i've got considered that action picture two times, as quickly as over the summer season 2 years in the past and.. the day in the previous right this moment i think of it became into? i'm imagining you probably did too and that's what arose your question. right this moment I went to Burger King (for the 1st time in weeks) and had a #2 meal. I walked lower back to college as finished as a whopper is of energy and fat. Then I ran while the bell rang and that i became right into a block away. Lol. Plus it relatively is the people who consume troughs of it each week that could tension approximately McY's BK's and Sonic...

I tried to avoid it before, but after that movie...whoa, I don't think I could ever go back to McDonalds! Yuch. My family is trying to totally cut out fast food--it's horrible for you + there's really not much I can eat at fast food places anyway, because I'm a vegetarian.

I loved fast food as a kid and teen. I still crave it sometimes, but now I feel sick when I eat it.
