...matter to you on Yahoo Answers? I dont look at the age of the user, but their personality and the quality of what they contribute

Ray, being 14 doesn't give me any less of a right to be on here than you.

Have a Nice Night Everybody!

Age, does not matter to me on Yahoo Answers. I don't make it a practice to look at peoples' profiles period. I just answer questions that interest me.
Everyone, young, old, or in between has the right to be here. I think it bridges the gap between the generations. Young people ask some very interesting questions, and how are they going to be informed if they aren't allowed to come here? They give some pretty good answers as well.
Stay here. We need you. This place wouldn't be the same if one group or another were kept out of here.

You have a nice night too! =)

No Age dont matter its the maturity of their answers that do, not all of the crazy answers that dont even have anything to do with the questions but the good helpful answers.

I don't look at the age because there are some young people on here that ask more intelligent questions and answer more responsibly than some of the adults.

No, age shouldn't matter. I enjoy reading everyone's answers. I don't always agree but it is a great opportunity for each of us to learn about other people, even if only in the abstract, and to express ourselves. Hopefully we do this in a respectful way. It's all well and good to crack wise but it doesn't do to be purposefully cruel.

Of course it matters if I'm asking about how to be overly emotional about how someone answers my question or about how to obsessively over-clean my tennis shoes i would of course take more seriously the answer given by one of the younger members here. If on the other hand i was looking for help on proper use of the English language how to spell or how to handle situations without overly reacting i would look to the older members of our community. You see we all have our usefulness.

Good Night Fireater! I think you contribute a lot to this category!
If 57 doesn't matter to you, 14 doesn't matter to me. It takes all of us with our different tastes, levels of knowledge and interests to make P&S successful.

Yes it does. I usually hate anyone who is not within a month of my age either way and I'm not really here to contribute quality of any sort but entertain myself.

If the person answers in a proper manner then I don't see any problem. If someone comes on here and acts like a child because they are a child fine. It is only a problem when adults act like children on here, IMO.

Hmm, never even considered it! I am 33, no shame in my game. I think that there are going to be haters on here, whether it's racists, sexists, or (dare I say?) ageists. You just have to filter thru the crap sometimes to find the answers that inform, amuse, and entertain you.

Happy typing!
