ok lol now that ive got your attention. Please stop asking this question ladies.....it's stupid its like 2006 expand your horizons! besides im not saying that white girls dont like a little brown sugar but im pretty sure that they arent trying to "trap" black guys im pretty sure the black guy had some part in it too. but that generalization is on such a large scale that you should run around screaming about global warming before you even worry about that. besides if a black guy is stupid enough to not like black women why bother? you as a woman shouldnt even worry about some insecure b-itch. besides i hate when people say oh, i love black women (or just any other type of women) BEAUTY IS NOT DEFINED BY COLOR! being black, white, latina, asian, indian ect. is NOT what makes you pretty or ugly. this is obvious because there are beautiful and ugly women in every race.your thoughts please *take it easy im 16* NO hate comments!

Amen, sista! You are quite wise @ your young age. BTW...ignorant women need not answer this question. She's trying to RID this section of ignorance. I have a thought to add tho: What about people just being attracted to one another without preconceived misconceptions? A black man IS stupid if he doesn't date a black woman. I do date black men. But I would NEVER date a black man who says he doesn't date black women. They display hatred of self and a "house" slave mentality that is appalling to me. I don't say "Love is blind" either. C'mon, we know there are physical differences between the many different races. But those are to be CELEBRATED -- not used as lines of division. You're gonna get hate comments from both white and black women on this one. Thank you for expressing positivity and grace on a very volatile subject. Be blessed!

wow...you sure did use a sledge hammer to swat a fly (from someone elses post above)!
at any rate...you are right, beauty is not defined by color nor should anything else be defined by color. i am in a mixed marriage you could say too...i am "white" and my husband is "latino" (puerto rican and ecuadorian) but what drew me to him immediatley was his eyes, we were at a big party but as soon as he walked into the door our eyes connected and we were together ever since, happily married for six years now and still going strong as the day we met, just happier together.
ok, to get to my main point, i am impressed with your intellect at age 16 and my only thing you should try to work on, is to defend your womanhood. when you get to college you should take some womens studies as elective credits if you can because you will learn so much and gain such a strong bond with women of the world when you learn more of our plights in life and some still go through today...much peace and love to you, keep up with your education and you will obviously go far!!

There are better ways to address this issue than calling any race "sluts" with a color attached. Consider that you may be part of the problem even why complaining about it.
Nothing is really defined by color except skin tone, except artificially. True beauty and real relationship is not about superficial details.
You are on the way to understanding the issue, and hopefully even helping to change it, but this approach is using a sledge hammer to swat a fly.

I know what your saying but in the old days it was your race with your race, so how come it changed? Know i'm trying to get wit someone but this girl is always acting a fool(slut) around him just to get with him. Not trying to sound racest cuz im not but why do girls from another race feel they need to be skanky to be with a black man? Not all black men want all of it, some can actually not want it at all.

Run, run fast as you can! You can't catch me! I'm the Gingerbread Man!!
I'm going to have disagree with you on your comment that there are beautiful and ugly women.
All women are beautiful and that is what is. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Blah Blah Blah Blah...
Jesus loves everyone.

Damn girl, we couldn't think of a better way to get people in here?!
Anyway...i hear you, and it's funny how people can't see that simple fact for themselves. No race has beauty under lock and key. I live on the west coast, so i know this for a fact. Every race has their beautiful and their not so beautiful.

I understand your girl power message, thats why i dont think you should refer to women as b**ches and s**ts. That type of language keeps women down, just like the N word does for African Americans. Lets not propogate it just because its socially acceptable.
