I am in the middle of a divorce I have a daughter and in my state you cant see anyone else during a seperation periode... I think I am pregnant with another mans child if I keep the baby will I lose my daughter for cheating on my husband?? (we were seperated) Please give me advice

Are you a good Mom? Do you always put your daughters welfare before your own and everyone elses? If the answers to these questions are yes then don't worry so much! In most states you'd have to be proven to be a remiss mother to lose custody of a child, being pregnant, even with another mans child does not make you an unfit parent. Talk to your lawyer, if you don't have one get one! In the mean time see if your state has a family law dept. There you will be able to talk to a lawyer for very little to no cost depending on your pay scale. Mean while take good care of the child you have and let her know how much she means to you!

I do not know in your state.In my state you can not get divorced if you are pregnant.The divorce would not be finalized until after the birth of the child.In my state. The court ask you under oath if you are pregnant at the divorce hearing.I would advise you to speak to your attorney about the fact that you are pregnant//may be another man's child.Your attorney would be able to advise you better then anyone.Regarding the custody issues of your daughter.

That's not fair...men can cheat and nothing happens...who is to say he's not cheating too. People going thru seperation and divorce are also fighting the addiction of sexual activity. Whatever state you live in ask your lawyer if the same rules apply to the men as well as the women...............

well it just goes to show that men are not the only dogs in a divorce. u are about to lose one child in order to have another. the only other option would be to move out of state and go to one that will let u have ur cake and eat it to. u got yourself in this mess and now u have to pay the price. i have no advice except for u to grow up and face the music, and find a good lawyer, you are going to need one

oh no thats awful, you can get in trouble for that, he can take the child, thats adultry. Women can go to jail for that, if you get pregnant by another man while being married. In some states thats possible.
