The reason they are not looking at the beautiful girls, as you said, is because they are very insecure and very afraid to be turned down. Also they get a rise out of teasing you because it makes them feel superior, when infact they are so much more vulnerable than you are. You are keeping your head up, you're going to the dances and all they are doing is trying to make you feel as bad as they do. So, I say , keep it real, be yourself and tell them to go check out the babes and leave you alone. Their actions are only normal for those insecure and mean brats, who couldn't get a girl period. Hope this helps. Good Luck , you're the normal one here.

Dear, you need to find some new friends, seriously. Anybody who would speak that way to you is mean spirited and crass and you deserve a lot better than that. I bet that you are a really good person, and no matter what others say, you are a beautiful person, it is their loss that they are so selfish and self centered that they can't see that. Move on and find some new friends, or go to a new club solo (but be careful OK) and meet new people.

The only normal part is the dancing part. Those guys are jerks! My friend had a boyfriend kinda like that. He was gross and said crude and disgusting things about me and was jsut plain mean! I shoulda told my friend...but didnt and I ended up hating the guy. You should talk to your friend about it and do your best to ignore the guys!

It mean that the dude is an asshole and is trying to make you feel bad about yourself. You are always going to have haters in your life. They are going to hater on you for many reason. But don't pay it my mind. As long as you are happy with yourself, that is all that matter. Trust me you will find somebody who is going to like you for the great person that you.

You don't have to put up with your best friend's boyfriend, so don't. It sounds as though he has the problem, not you. Don't let him get to you. Stay confident in yourself and don't judge yourself by what someone else says about you. You are unique and you have very enduring qualities that others don't have. Be proud of who you are and what you can accomplish. Remember, you can't do anything about what someone else says about you but you can do something about how you react to what someone else says about you.

It is very normal and it will happen to everyone at one point in life. They are usually making fun of people because they are mostly jealouse or they are bullies so they pick on other people for ammusment. I would just ignore them and move on and injoy life. I hope my advice helped you.
P.S. People make fun of me all the time and I found out if you ignore them they get tired of picking on you and pick someone else to pick on.

that's so lame and obnoxious (not to mention immature) of them. If you know you can dance and if you know you look good and are physically attractive, dont give a fly f of all the mean stuff that are coming out of their mouths.

Aww hun, I'm sorry.
Boys suck. Maybe they want your attention? just forget them and know that you are GORGEOUS!
Maybe they think your one of the beautiful girls and they just want to get a reaction out of you.
If not, forget them. tell your friend and refuse to hang out with her when she is with him. They are not worth your time.

they are assholes and you shouldn't let them get to you. some people get so wrapped up in the "perfect girl" who is 5'11" and 100 pounds that they think anything that doesnt look like that is bad.

IT MAKES THEM FEEL BETTER ABOUT THEMSELVES, MORE MASCULINE. THE REALITY OF THE SITUATION IS JUST HOW CHILDISH AND IMMATURE THEY ACTUALLY ARE. SAD BUT TRUE AND IF YOU PAY JUST A LITTLE ATTENTION YOU CAN SEE THEIR FLAWS. JUST DONT STOOP TO THEIR LEVEL TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM.
GOD BLESS
