Just throw away the pack you're on, wait for your period to come naturally and within the first 24 hours start a new pack. Until then use back-up birth control methods like condoms and spermicide film.

Its prolly nothing to worry about. I have switched my days a couple times on accident. I left the pill i was supposed to take that day where it was, and when i got up to the pill i DID take, i took the pill i was supposed to take the day i took the wrong pill. One day isnt going to hurt you. Just make sure you dont skip anymore days, and try to read your days more carefully so you take the right one! Thats it!

It can happen to anybody! Last month, I dropped my active pill down the vent. Nothing happened to me. The only time that you have to worry about it, is when you constantly mess up. I've been on the pills for about 5 years.

take the missed pill instead of the 2nd week pill, and you should still be ok. just to be on the safe side, you might want to use back-up birth control for this month until you start your new pack, just in case.

next month, just get back on track... you should be fine

take 2 the next time you take your regular pill to get you back on track. It shouldn't be a problem. If you are worried about it.
Call your local pharmacist or call your the doctor that prescribed them to you.

I did that once, it's no big deal at this point. Just keep taking them and try not to skip anymore!! If you do miss any in the future try to deal with it asap not a month later though!
