my taurs runs great like new was kept garage and runs great till it gets to a quater of a tank then it acts like i let off the gas then will start going fine then dose it again like i let off the gas and i didnt it more gas i give it it will cut off i can stop fill up with gas and runs fine till it gets to a quater again any anser ?

Your sending unit is segued. When at 1/4, your out of gas.

Sounds like your fuel gauge is off. Perhaps the tank is near empty when gauge states 1/4 full. Drop the tank and have the sending unit tested/replaced. This will be an expensive repair, so just fill 'er up before you reach 1/4 tank.

Sounds like you got a problem with the pick up tube in the fuel tank or a defective gauge.

well u could have a problem with ur gage or it could be your sendng unit is getting weak
