I have a 2001 blazer. I replaced the air injection about 8 months ago. And just recently it started to blow that fuse. I have replaced the wire's and the pump agian but still have the problem. what do you think would be wrong? Also the pump was full of water both time's i replaced it.???

this time replace the check valve as well as the pump [valve fails and condensation fills the pump] this happens alot [i see it all the time on euro-trash bmw's and volkswagons.] the germans have forgotten how to build decent cars and gm never learned.

bf says it sounds like a dead short to ground, broken wire somewhere in the system causing the fuse to blow....

Please clarify what the secondary air injection is? Turbo, supercharger, none of the above?
