ok so jake is a guy i met on a game called club penguin and well i talked to him for a year and then i stopped because i was scared that he was an online predator so yeah i didn't talk to him for like a month and then i got on and emailed him again and see this is the sweetest guy i have ever talked to and we didn't even know eachother on that game but he didn't just start talking to me i talked to him and he had friends on there who talked to him too anyway so yeah and if he was an online predator he would of already raped me or something and he would've asked a lot of questions but has he no he hasn't!! If i stop talking to this guy i might loose the guy that was the sweetest towards me in my whole life so yeah!! Should i stop talking to him???

There was this story of a girl who went on to a public chat forum and had peoples make all kinds of sexual remarks and rude gestures to her, and then she met this guy who seemed to like her as a person, he was the "sweetest guy" , and she thought he was a predator too but said that predators aren't that nice, so she invited him over and guess what? She was raped and impregnated with HIS baby.
You can talk to him, just:
1) Don't give him any personal information.
2) Don't invite him over.
3) Don't talk to him if he starts being sexual.

Yes, stop talking to him so much. Don't build it up in your mind as something that it's not. Online friends are just that, online friends. You don't really know who they are. Sure they can post a picture (anyone's picture) and lots of information about themselves (or who they want you to think that they are), but unless you already know them in person, it's all simply fantasy. It's not reality. Quit spending so much time online, and live in the real world. It's far more rewarding. (Oh, and just because a rapist is patient, doesn't mean he's not a rapist. That goes for online or anywhere else.)

I really think you should 4 ur safety and stop talking to him because he might find out where u live and he probably might want to meet you somewhere unsafe and rape u while ur there. If I were you I would stop talking to this guy.
