They're actually having what we call a "social tease", we have those all the time at our school. I excel at it, it really depends on the person.
Josh likes making fun of Al-Qaeda and the Nazis.
Vince likes making fun of Popular Culture.
Kyle, and your four boys, like making fun of mock relationships.

IGNORE THEM!!! whenever you can. think of them as air. As long as they don't physically touch you, IGNORE THEM.
People like them do things like that for attention. Don't give them what they want.
