I do. I believe we can send messages to each other mentally rather than just saying it. But for it to work, both parties have to be open to the idea.

In a sense, yes. I believe that certain people are brought together by God with a special bond that transcends space and time. You can call it telepathy, but I hesitate to because of the connotations already associated with that word.

Well it doesn't seem to work in laboratory situations, but I had the experience many years ago with my then wife. We were coming home from a night out and my wife, at that time my g/f told me that my mother had been in a bad car accident. We drove on for another 2 miles and sure enough, my mother had been in a bad car accident.
Another time, my son told her that a friend of his was in trouble and was wandering around looking for oranges. She rang and was told that the family had been in a car accident and later found out that their son had been wandering around in a daze looking for oranges that had come out of the car when it rolled over.
So to answer your question, from these experiences I believe certain people can telepathic communication.

telepathy is something we all have. though some of us are blessed with it, some people have to practice it in order to make it work
