I am doing something similar to toys for tots with my service organization (I'm a college SR) and I am going to have to bring my toy wrapped. The problem I have is nobody around here is willing to wrap stuff (I live in a small town and probably going to get my gift from WalMart-They don't giftwrap). I tried at some places even offering $ in the past to people at diff. stores (I would try to get my fam's gifts wrapped) and they would say no. So I got this idea. There is this girl who I like alot, but she has a bf- but we are friends and work together and I was thinking since teenage girls and women generally wrap gifts well (And 100x times better than ME), I was thinking about asking her to do it for me. I was even going to offer $ for it so her BF wont get jealous and cause any problems, it's Christmas & that would suck. Am I wrong? I'm not trying to use it as a hookup thing, its just since I know she likes me, I was thinking I could talk her into it bc its for kids. What do you think?

I thought originally about asking her to go with me to pick something out, but held back since she has a BF. She is really sweet and we like each other a ton and I think that I could get her to do it easier than anyone else. My GF and I broke up a while ago and I have been too busy to date anyone. Am I wrong for thinking of this??

OK , just admit it, you're really asking if it's OK to try to spend time with this girl even though she have a BF. The present wrapping is just an excuse, right? If that's the case...maybe just bring up that you're going to buy for the charity and need to bring it wrapped...but you're TERRIBLE at wrapping gifts and any kid would think twice about picking the gift if you wrapped it. Then go from there... she'll probably volunteer to do it.
If the problem is really about the wrapping... check the local malls...usually there's some organization trying to raise money and set up a gift wrapping station at guest services... otherwise go online and pick "GIFT WRAPPED" and have it shipped already wrapped to you. If you live by a Herberger's store..they have toys a bit more pricey than Walmart, but their guest services wrap for a fee.
But my real opinion is either tell the girl you like her or leave it alone!

Yes ask her to wrap the gifts and tell her that you would be more than willing to pay her. You might be surprised to find out that she may be willing to wrap for free. You're doing a wonderful thing at this time of the year, because no child should go without christmas. Bless you for your Christmas charity and have a Very Merry Christmas.

It seems to me like it could be a good way for her to help out with the charity as well. I dont' have a problem with it, some people like wrapping gifts!

No. No much. Wrap the darn thing(s) yourself. It's easy. Just place the gift in the center of some paper and make sure the paper covers the package. Then just fold the side of the paper together. You'll figure it out.

Work with her...
get to know her and ask if she wants to help with what you are doping then offer to pay her...
don't just randomly walk up to her and say want to wrap presents for me i'll pay you...
no no no help her and talk about what you are doing then you can spend time with her and after that offer to pay her!

tremendous comic tale!! it truly is particularly a lot like this condom comic tale: a guy went over to his female friend's abode to %. her up for a date. at the same time as he were given there her mom became the in common words one abode. He idea it became unusual yet proceeded to watch for her to get abode. Her mom begins to flirt with him and insinuate sexual favors. a short time later he were given up and ran to the door. at the same time as he opened it, his female friend's dad became status there and reported "I knew you may bypass the try!" the moral of the tale is to save you condoms on your vehicle!

Seeing's how you are putting so much thought into this, I think you really do have ulterior motives. Get your mom or aunt or another friend to do it or wrap it yourself.
