My IQ is 129. Truthfully.

Maybe they're not lying. Maybe they've just taken faulty tests, like tickle.
The average joe can score over 120 on tickles test. It doesn't take half a brain to score 145 on their super IQ test.
But yes, people in general are going to lie about their IQ. It's just the way things go. IQ is an icon for intelligence...just like penis size is an icon for manliness...which is why every guy is going to lie about the length of his penis.
The same goes for IQ.
My life? Just fine. Postdoc work is nice. I think my busy schedule is getting a little too much for me to handle, I'm thinking of opening my own buisness to start a practice. At least it's christmas, so I can take it easy for a little bit. I enjoy playing and writing music, playing chess, spending time with friends and family and learning new things. I really hate writing tests. However...
I scored 157 (99.99th percentile) on Ravens advanced progressive matrices. However, I took a verbally loaded IQ test once and scored a mere 123...which is odd, since I can write and my verbal abilities have never seemed to lack. I got a perfect score on the GRE, 1590 SAT. However, I would say both of those scores are the result of lots of study and not much else.

I am 14 with a deviation IQ of 164 SB. I have had it tested by many educational psychologists. I am a Mensa member and a member of other prominent societies. I have a very bad life, only because I do not relate to many people that I speak to, which makes me in turn, antisocial. I am reclusive for this reason. I also enjoy my privacy. My abilities give me an advantage, but also huge disadvantages. It is definitely not all it is cracked up to be.
